The whole team is helpful and caring from the moment you open the door. I have experienced awesome medical care here for my previous dog at end of life, and now with my puppy. Both doctors are so kind, knowledgeable, and explain everything in lay terms to ensure good home care, too. The staff are welcoming and efficient. This is not my usual veterinarian however, after planning a vacation with extended family for a year an expired rabies vaccination was going to prevent us from attending. Northern Lakes was very accommodating and managed to squeeze us in even though they weren’t our usual vet. They were the fifth call I had made! In our minds, they saved our family’s time together!
